General description
Courgette (zucchini or Marrow are alternative names) are past-growing plants, which can easily reach a diameter of 1-2meters. During the summer months these plants create plenty of fruit. These zucchinis can be used n all your vegetable dishes, from stews

Storing
The courgette cannot be stored long. They will keep for a week or two in the fridge, but after that they go soft, and slimy. Best to eat directly after harvest.
