Information for ingredient: coriander

Growing season
General description
Coriander is a herb found in a lot of Asian cooking. With the explosion in fast meals and Asian-style eating around the world, this herb becomes essential in our kitchens.

Leaves are typically used in curries and stir-fries as a last-minute add-on. Flours can be used as well. The fruit (seed) of Coriander is used in many slow-cooking dishes, and can be collected from older plants, at the later weeks of the growing season.
