chicken tandoori masala


Ingredients

chicken 2 fillet
tandoori masala powder 3 tablespoon
sesame seed 1 handful
sesame oil 1 tablespoon
honey (acacia) 5 tablespoon
rice 2 cup
yoghurt 2 tablespoon

Preparation

  1. Cut the chicken meat into bit-sized chunks, then cover them in the tandoori masala powder.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the rice as stated on the package.
  3. Fry the sesame seeds in a pan without oil until golden brown, then add the sesame oil and, when hot, the chicken. Fry until the chicken is golden brown. Add the acacia honey and stir.
  4. Serving suggestionServe with the rice topped off with a dollop of yoghurt.
