chicken tandoori masala
Ingredients

| tandoori masala powder | 3 tablespoon | |
| sesame seed | 1 handful | |
| sesame oil | 1 tablespoon | |
| honey (acacia) | 5 tablespoon | |
| rice | 2 cup | |
| yoghurt | 2 tablespoon |
Preparation
- Cut the chicken meat into bit-sized chunks, then cover them in the tandoori masala powder.
- Meanwhile, prepare the rice as stated on the package.
- Fry the sesame seeds in a pan without oil until golden brown, then add the sesame oil and, when hot, the chicken. Fry until the chicken is golden brown. Add the acacia honey and stir.
