turkey basil rolls
Ingredients

| basil | 1 bunch | |
| salt | 1 dash | |
| pepper | 1 dash | |
| olive oil | 2 tablespoon | |
| wine (white) | 125 ml | |
| cream | 200 ml | |
| mustard | 2 tablespoon | |
| sauce thickener | 1 tablespoon |
Preparation
- Wash and chop the basil.
- Layer each turkey fillet with a slice of ham, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with some basil. Roll the meat, quickly bask in flour, then fasten with wooden sticks.
- Fry in a pan until golden on each side, then blush with the white wine. Stir in the cream and mustard, reduce the heat and leave to simmer for 30 minutes.
- Remove the rolls from the baking liquid, and keep warm. Add The (mondamin) sauce thickener to the liquid, season with salt, pepper, and the remaining basil.
