vegetable-pasta-pan (very quick)


Ingredients

vermicilli 200 gram
salt 1 dash
courgette (green squash) 1
bell peppers (red) 2
olive oil 1 tablespoon
eggs 6
cayenne pepper 1 dash
chive 1 bunch

Preparation

  1. Prepare the noodles as stated on the package.
  2. Meanwhile wash the courgette and bell peppers, and cut into slices.
  3. Fry the courgette and bell pepper slices until soft, then add the vermicelli.
  4. Whisk the eggs with 6 tablespoons of water, a pinch of salt and cayenne pepper, then stir into the vegetables and vermicelli, and bake while stirring from time to time.
  5. Serving suggestionServe garnished with rolls of chives.
