Preparation
- Prepare the noodles as stated on the package.
- Meanwhile wash the courgette and bell peppers, and cut into slices.
- Fry the courgette and bell pepper slices until soft, then add the vermicelli.
- Whisk the eggs with 6 tablespoons of water, a pinch of salt and cayenne pepper, then stir into the vegetables and vermicelli, and bake while stirring from time to time.
