Ingredients
| yeast dough | 1 pack | |
| lemon peel | 1 handful | |
| butter (unsalted) | 30 gram | |
| powdered sugar | 1 dash | |

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Mix the (ready-made) yeast dough with the grated peel of one lemon.
- Melt the butter in a oven-proof dish, form the dough into balls and place (next to each other) into the dish.
- Bake off until golden brown.
