elderflower punch
Ingredients

| sugar | 300 gram | |
| water | 1 liter | |
| lemons | 3 | |
| mint | 1 bunch | |
| champagne (brut) | 1 bottle | |
| wine (dry white) | 1 bottle |
Preparation
- Wash the elderflowers, shake them dry, and place them in a big bowl.
- Cut one lemon into slices, and squeeze the juice of the remaining two. Add the water, sugar, lemon slices, lemon juice, and min to the elderflowers.
- Leave to cool in the fridge for 24 hours, stirring from time to time. Cool the white wine and champagne (or sparkling wine) in the fridge as well.
- Sift the liquid, then top with the white wine and champagne (or sparkling wine).
