pineapple chicken

Ingredients

garlic 6 clove (finely chopped)
soy sauce (spicy) 4 tablespoon
chicken stock 7 tablespoon
wine vinegar (red) 7 tablespoon
honey 7 tablespoon
soy sauce (light) 7 tablespoon
chicken thighs 8

Preparation

  1. Lay the chicken thighs in a roasting tin, and sprinkle with the marinade made from the soy sauce, honey, vinegar, chicken stock, finely chopped garlic, pepper, and paprika powder. Leave to soak.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200C, then roast the chicken thighs for 45 minutes.
  3. Add the pieces of pineapple and leave to roast for another 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile prepare the rice following the indications on the pack.
