pineapple chicken

Preparation
- Lay the chicken thighs in a roasting tin, and sprinkle with the marinade made from the soy sauce, honey, vinegar, chicken stock, finely chopped garlic, pepper, and paprika powder. Leave to soak.
- Preheat the oven to 200C, then roast the chicken thighs for 45 minutes.
- Add the pieces of pineapple and leave to roast for another 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile prepare the rice following the indications on the pack.
