mojo verde


Ingredients

garlic 2 clove
coriander 1 bunch
olive oil 2 cup
parsley 1 bunch
pepper 1 dash
salt 1 dash
lemon juice 2 sprinkle

Preparation

  1. Puree the coriander and parsley. Coarsely chop the garlic, then add to the herbs and puree as well.
  2. Add the oil, until having a homogeneous sauce.
  3. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  4. Serving suggestionServe with grilled meat.
