apple pankaces with honey sauce
Ingredients

| cinnamon | 1 teaspoon | |
| sugar | 2 tablespoon | |

| flour (all-purpose) | 200 gram | |
| baking powder | 1 pinch |
Preparation
- For the sauce, mix the creme fraiche, sugar, cinnamon, and honey with a bit of milk, and keep in the fridge.
- Preheat the oven to 200C.
- Peel the apples, cut them into quarters, remove the seeds, then halve the quarters.
- Melt a knob of butter in an oven-proof pan, nicely layer the apple parts, then sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar, and almond (in flakes). Place in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Prepare the dough by whisking the eggs. Then add flour, baking powder, and a dash of salt.
- Remove the dish with apples from the oven, carefully pour the dough over the apples, then bake off for 20 to 25 minutes.
