Indian chicken with grapes
Ingredients

Preparation
- Cut the chicken fillet into bit-sized chunks, and marinade them with the tandoori powder, lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons of oil. Season with salt and pepper, then place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Cut the grapes into halves (preferably grapes without seeds). Peel the shallots, chop them, and fry until soft.
- Add the chicken and fry for 5 minutes until brown on all sides. Reduce the heat, and leave to simmer for another 5 minutes.During the last minute, add the grapes.
