Italian grape skewers
Ingredients
| aceto balsamico bianco | 1 teaspoon | |
| olive oil | 2 tablespoon | |
| pepper | 1 dash | |
| salt | 1 dash | |
| parma ham | 6 slice | |
| grapes (white) | 250 gram | |
| grapes (blue) | 250 gram | |
| mozzarella cheese | 2 pack | |
| rucola / rocket | 150 gram |
Preparation
- Mix the aceto balsamico vinegar, oil, pepper, and salt to a dressing.
- Cut each slice of parma ham into three long slices.
- From the grapes, pick 18 big blue and white grapes.
- Buy mini-mozarella balls (18 mini balls), or cut mozarella cheese into 18 parts.
- On a skewer, alternate a blue grape, a mozzarella piece, a white grape, and a slice of parma ham.
