Italian grape skewers


Ingredients

aceto balsamico bianco 1 teaspoon
olive oil 2 tablespoon
pepper 1 dash
salt 1 dash
parma ham 6 slice
grapes (white) 250 gram
grapes (blue) 250 gram
mozzarella cheese 2 pack
rucola / rocket 150 gram

Preparation

  1. Mix the aceto balsamico vinegar, oil, pepper, and salt to a dressing.
  2. Cut each slice of parma ham into three long slices.
  3. From the grapes, pick 18 big blue and white grapes.
  4. Buy mini-mozarella balls (18 mini balls), or cut mozarella cheese into 18 parts.
  5. On a skewer, alternate a blue grape, a mozzarella piece, a white grape, and a slice of parma ham.
  6. Serving suggestionDivide the rucola between 6 plates, sprinkle with the dressing, and place three skewers per plate on top.
    Tip!For smaller portions, divide the salad and skewers between 9 or 18 plates.
