Preparation
- Peel and clean the king prawns, but do not remove the tails.
- Wash the lemon and grate the peel. Keep 1 teapoon for cooking. Squeeze the lemon, and keep 1 tablespoon for cooking.
- Mix the coconut cream, grated lemon peel, the lemon juice, soy sauce, and shrimp paste.
- Peel and chop the onions, then fry them until glassy. Add the king prawns and fry for 2 minutes, while stirring constantly.
- Add the seasoned coconut cream and simmer for 3 minutes until well warmed.
