curry of roasted potatoes with shrimps
Ingredients

| potatoes (waxy) | 500 gram | |

| green peas | 100 gram | |
| cream | 50 ml | |
| butter oil | 2 tablespoon | |
| curry powder | 1 tablespoon | |
| salt | 1 dash | |
| pepper | 1 dash | |
| lemon juice | 1 sprinkle | |
| mint | 1 sprig | |
| chili powder | 1 dash |
Preparation
- Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Peel the onions, halve, and cut into slices. Peel and chop the garlic.
- Fry the potatoes and onions for 15 minutes, stirring regularly. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon of curry powder.
- Meanwhile, in a different pan, fry the shrimps and garlic for 4 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Remove from the pan and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Sweat the remaining curry powder (in the shrimp pan), then blush with 250ml of water (warm). Add the (frozen) green peas, and leave to boil for 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, curry powder, and chili powder.
- Whisk the cream, then carefully add to the sauce.
- Add the potatoes and shrimps and heat up again, but do not bring to boil. Season to taste.
