Preparation
- Mix all ingredients in a deep frying pan.
- Heat over a low fire for 15-20 minutes (do not heat the oil to boiling point).
- Strain the mixture, and let the oil cool down.
- Store the oil in the fridge and use as dressing, or for general cooking.
