spaghetti Genovese
Ingredients
| spaghetti | 400 gram | |
| pesto | 1 tablespoon | |
| parmesan cheese | 100 gram | (grated) |
| green beans | 150 gram | (chopped) |
| potatoes | 150 gram | (peeled) |
| salt | 1 pinch |
Preparation
- Chop the potatoes in 4 equal pieces.
- Boil the potatoes for 15-20 minutes (Depending on variety). Add pasta to the boiling potatoes (Check your package for required cooking time. Pasta and potatoes should be ready at the same time).
- 1 minute before pasta & potatoes are done, add the beans to the boiling mixture. Add them earlier for beans that are not all dente.
- Drain the mixture and mix the pesto & grated parmesan cheese into the dish.
