chicory and cubanelle stir-fry

Ingredients

cubanelle pepper 1
chicory 1
egg noodles 200 gram
onion 1
soy sauce (spicy) 1 tablespoon
chili sauce 1 teaspoon
egg 1

Preparation

  1. Clean and chop the pepper and chicory in long thin strips. Chop the onion finely.
  2. Boil water, and prepare the egg-noodles as indicated on the package.
  3. Glaze the onions on medium fire.
  4. Add the chicory, cubanelle peppers and stirr-fry on high fire for 1 minute. Add the egg to the side, and stir while the egg sets.
  5. Add noodles, soy sauce and chili sauce while stirring.
  6. Tip!If you cannot get the Cubanelle peppers, normal bell peppers can be used instead.
