chicory and cubanelle stir-fry

| egg noodles | 200 gram | |

Preparation
- Clean and chop the pepper and chicory in long thin strips. Chop the onion finely.
- Boil water, and prepare the egg-noodles as indicated on the package.
- Glaze the onions on medium fire.
- Add the chicory, cubanelle peppers and stirr-fry on high fire for 1 minute. Add the egg to the side, and stir while the egg sets.
- Add noodles, soy sauce and chili sauce while stirring.
