spinach soup with smoked chicken
Ingredients

Preparation
- Rasp some nutmeg. Cut the smoked chicken meat into thin slices.
- Bring to boil the chicken stock, then add the spinach and boil until soft. Add the chicken slices (keep some for garnishing). Season to taste with nutmeg.
