spinach soup with smoked chicken

Ingredients

chicken stock 750 ml
spinach 200 gram
smoked chicken 200 gram
nutmeg 1 pinch

Preparation

  1. Rasp some nutmeg. Cut the smoked chicken meat into thin slices.
  2. Bring to boil the chicken stock, then add the spinach and boil until soft. Add the chicken slices (keep some for garnishing). Season to taste with nutmeg.
  3. Serving suggestionServe immediately, garnished with the remaining chicken slices.
