game soup with bamboo shoots


Ingredients

game stock 375 ml
water 625 ml
bamboo shoots 50 gram
spring onions 2
soy sauce (sweet) 1 tablespoon
cress 10 leaf
sherry (dry) 2 tablespoon

Preparation

  1. Cut the spring onions into thin rings.
  2. Bring to boil the game stock and the water, then add the bamboo shoots, spring onions, sherry, and sweet soy sauce
  3. After letting it sit for a few minutes it is ready to be served
  4. Serving suggestionServe in deep plates or bowls, garnished with the chopped cress leaves.
