grilled lamb cutlets
Ingredients

| salt | 1 pinch | |
| pepper | 1 pinch | (freshly ground) |
| butter (unsalted) | 30 gram | |
| shallots | 2 | |
| thyme | 1 teaspoon | (fresh) |
| honey | 4 tablespoon |
Preparation
- Preheat the (oven) grill.
- Cut small cuts in the sides of the cutlets, then salt and pepper the meat. Brush them with oil and place them approx. 8cm under the (oven) grill. Place a baking form under the meat to catch the fluid. Grill the meat for 5 minutes on each side.
- Peel the shallots and finely chop them. Chop the thyme leaves.
- Heat the butter in a pan and fry the shallots, then add the thyme and honey.
