'orange duck' with wild rice and vegetables

| sugar | 2 tablespoon |
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200C.
- Salt and pepper the duck fillets. With the skin side up, bake for 15 to 20 minutes, while sprinkling with the baking fluid from time to time.
- Prepare the rice according to the package.
- Wash the carrots, clean the French beans, and blanch together for 5 minutes in a pan with salt water. Pour off the water, add the butter into the pan, and sway the vegetables for 2 minutes, then place into the oven to keep warm.
- For the sauce, halve the orange and cut into thin slices. Heat the sugar in a pan with 1 tablespoon of water, fry the orange slices in this mix.
