sparkling strawberry cocktail


Ingredients

sparkling wine (dry) 400 ml
stock 200 gram

Preparation

  1. Cool the sparkling wine in the fridge.
  2. Clean the strawberries, then puree and leave to cool in the fridge. Divide into four cocktail glasses, fill up with the sparkling wine, and stir before serving.
    3. Tip!Replace the strawberries with 40ml apricot liquor or 40ml lemon juice and 4 sugar cubes. Do not stir these cocktails, but serve immediately.
