quick lasagna

Ingredients

minced meat 400 gram
tomatoes 4
mushrooms 125 gram
courgette 1
tomato paste 3 tablespoon
sweet cream 1 can
creme fraiche 1 can
mozzarella cheese 1 pack
cheese (gouda) 1 pack (grated)
salt 1 pinch
pepper 1 pinch
sugar 1 pinch
spices (thyme, rosemary, marjorie) 1 tablespoon
garlic 1 clove
onion (small) 1

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C.
  2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Clean the courgette and cut it into cubes. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Cut the mozarella cheese into slices, as well.
  3. In a pan, fry the onions until golden brown. Add the minced meat and fry until light brown, then add the garlic, mushrooms and the courgette and fry a bit more.
  4. Add the tomatoes and, when warm, the tomato paste. Season to taste with sugar, salt, pepper, and Italian spices. Add the sweet cream to the sauce and stir thoroughly.
  5. In an oven-proof pan, layer the sauce and lasagna sheets, starting with sauce, and ending with sauce. On top of the last layer of sauce, add dollops of creme fraiche, and the slices of mozarella cheese. Top off with a layer of grated cheese.
  6. Bake off for 30 minutes, until the cheese on top is molten and golden brown.
  7. Serving suggestionServe hot, with a fresh green salad.
    Tip!To check whether the lasagna is ready, poke a skewer or fork into the layers of lasagna sheets. When they are soft and the skewer/fork slides through them, the lasagna is ready.
