Ingredients

| bacon | 2 rasher | |
| salt | 1 pinch | |
| pepper | 1 pinch | |
| butter (for baking) | 1 tablespoon |
Preparation
- Wrap the 2 steaks into the 2 rashers of bacon each, and fasten the bacon with a kitchen string.
- Heat the butter in a pan, and when the butter is very hot, fry the steak on one side. Turn the steak, season with salt and pepper, then fry on the other (second) side for another 4 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to half, turn the meat again, and fry for another 3 minutes.
