beef skewer with spring onions
Ingredients
| beef | 250 gram | |
| aceto balsamico | 2 tablespoon | |
| spring onions | 2 | |
| onion (red) | 1 | |
| paprika powder (sweet) | 2 tablespoon | |
| pepper | 1 pinch | |
| olive oil | 3 tablespoon | |
| salt | 1 pinch |
Preparation
- Cut the beef into chunks of 3 to 4 cm.
- In a bowl, make a marinade from the aceto balsamico, paprika powder, freshly ground pepper, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Mix the meat with the marinade, and leave to soak for at least 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut the spring onions into quarters, and the red onions into 8 pieces. Alternate a chunk of meat and a quarter of the spring onions on 2 skewers, then sprinkle them with a bit of olive oil.
- On the bbq, roast the meat for 4 to 6 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Place the red onion pieces next to the meat, and fry until soft.
- Sprinkle the skewers with salt and pepper.
