salmon with sugar snaps


Ingredients

salmons 500 gram
Chinese 5 spices 3 tablespoon
orange 1
sugar snaps 200 gram
butter 25 gram (melted)

Preparation

  1. Brush the salmon with the melted butter, and season with a bit of salt and the Chinese 5 spices. Wash the orange and cut 3 big, thin slices off it, then cut those into quarters. Brush the orange with melted butter as well.
  2. Bbq the salmon for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until it turns a nice pink. Place the orange slices on the grill and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, fry the sugar snaps for approx. 5 minutes.
  4. Serving suggestionDivide the salmon onto 4 plates, and serve with the orange slices and sugar snaps.
    Tip!Serve with baked potatoes.
    Tip!This dish can be prepared in a pan, as well.
