salmon with sugar snaps
Ingredients
| salmons | 500 gram | |
| Chinese 5 spices | 3 tablespoon | |
| orange | 1 | |
| sugar snaps | 200 gram | |
| butter | 25 gram | (melted) |
Preparation
- Brush the salmon with the melted butter, and season with a bit of salt and the Chinese 5 spices. Wash the orange and cut 3 big, thin slices off it, then cut those into quarters. Brush the orange with melted butter as well.
- Bbq the salmon for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until it turns a nice pink. Place the orange slices on the grill and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, fry the sugar snaps for approx. 5 minutes.
