Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200C. Cut the pumpkin (remove the seeds), onions, carrots, mushrooms, and potatoes into chunks.
- Place all the vegetables on a tray, add the rosemary, salt, pepper, and aceto balsamico. Stir and mix all ingredients.
- Roast the vegetables for 40 minutes.
