lemon tiramisu
Ingredients

Preparation
- Boil 0.5 cups of water with 0.5 cups of sugar, leave to cool, then add the juice of 3 to 4 lemons. Grate the peel of 1 lemon.
- Whip the cream (it should not be sweetened), and add the grated lemon peel.
- Dip the sponge fingers one by one into the sugar and lemon syrup, then layer them in a tray, alternating sponge fingers and whipped cream, ending with a layer of whipped cream.
- Place the dish in the fridge and leave to cool overnight.
