lemon tiramisu

Ingredients

water 1 cup
sugar 1 cup
lemon 4
sponge finger 1 pack
sweet cream 2 can

Preparation

  1. Boil 0.5 cups of water with 0.5 cups of sugar, leave to cool, then add the juice of 3 to 4 lemons. Grate the peel of 1 lemon.
  2. Whip the cream (it should not be sweetened), and add the grated lemon peel.
  3. Dip the sponge fingers one by one into the sugar and lemon syrup, then layer them in a tray, alternating sponge fingers and whipped cream, ending with a layer of whipped cream.
  4. Place the dish in the fridge and leave to cool overnight.
  5. Serving suggestionServe cooled, garnished with some fresh grated lemon peel.
