Ingredients

| rum | 4 tablespoon | |
| flour (wheat) | 100 gram |
Preparation
- Whisk the eggs, egg yolks and sugar until foamy. Melt the chocolate and butter au bain marie. Add the rum and the egg-and-sugar mix. Then carefully add the flour.
- Butter muffin forms and sprinkle them with sugar, then fill in the batter (approx. 180 ml per cup), cover with cling foil and keep cool over night (important!).
- Before serving, bake off for 10 to 15 minutes at 180C until the middle part breaks open and the muffins look dry.
