vegetables (au gratin)

Ingredients

camembert 250 gram
cream 125 ml
wine (dry white) 1 cup
lemon juice 1 sprinkle
chili powder 1 pinch
onions 2
garlic 1 clove
tomatoes 3
bell pepper (red and yellow) 1

Preparation

  1. Cut the vegetables into chunks. Heat some olive oil in a pan, and fry the vegetables until light brown. Add the white wine and the cream and let simmer. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and spices and/or herbs.
  2. Serve with pasta: prepare pasta as indicated on pack, then put it into an ovenproof bowl, add the vegetable mix, then cut the Camembert into strips and layer on top.
  3. Leave in the oven (roughly 180 deg) until the cheese melts.
