Preparation
- Cut the vegetables into chunks. Heat some olive oil in a pan, and fry the vegetables until light brown. Add the white wine and the cream and let simmer. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and spices and/or herbs.
- Serve with pasta: prepare pasta as indicated on pack, then put it into an ovenproof bowl, add the vegetable mix, then cut the Camembert into strips and layer on top.
- Leave in the oven (roughly 180 deg) until the cheese melts.
