chicken in white wine

Preparation
- Clean the turnip, carrots, and spring onions, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- Salt and pepper the chicken parts. Heat the oil in a stew pot, and quickly soar the chicken (at high temperature), then add the turnip and carrots.
- Add the whine and 500ml of (preferably warm) water, and bring to boil. Season to taste with pepper and salt, then add the chicken stock.
- Cover the stew pot with a lid, reduce the heat, and leave to simmer for 30 minutes. Five minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the spring onions to the pot.
- Add the sweet cream, and reduce the sauce a bit. If necessary, add sauce thickener.
