pineapple and avocado salsa


Ingredients

pineapple 1 cup
plum tomatoes 2
avocado 1
sweet onion 1 (chopped)
coriander 6 leaf (finely chopped)
jalapeño chili 1 teaspoon
lime juice 3 tablespoon
orange juice 3 tablespoon
olive oil (extra vergine) 2 tablespoon
salt 1 pinch

Preparation

  1. Use all fresh ingredients.
  2. Cut the pineapple, plum tomatoes, and avocado into small cubes.
  3. Peel the sweet onion and chop finely. Finely chop the coriander leaves. Mince some of the jalapeno chili (including the seeds) until you have approx. 1 to 1.5 teaspoons of minced chili.
  4. Mix together the onion, cilantro, jalapeno chili, the lime and orange juice, and olive oil. Stir in the pineapple, tomato, and avocado cubes. Season to taste with a pinch of salt.
  5. Serving suggestionServe as dip or sauce with meat.
