pineapple and avocado salsa

| jalapeño chili | 1 teaspoon | |
| lime juice | 3 tablespoon | |
| orange juice | 3 tablespoon | |
| olive oil (extra vergine) | 2 tablespoon | |
| salt | 1 pinch |
Preparation
- Use all fresh ingredients.
- Cut the pineapple, plum tomatoes, and avocado into small cubes.
- Peel the sweet onion and chop finely. Finely chop the coriander leaves. Mince some of the jalapeno chili (including the seeds) until you have approx. 1 to 1.5 teaspoons of minced chili.
- Mix together the onion, cilantro, jalapeno chili, the lime and orange juice, and olive oil. Stir in the pineapple, tomato, and avocado cubes. Season to taste with a pinch of salt.
