Fried plantain
Ingredients

| oil | 20 ml |
Preparation
- Peel the plantain (Note: Plantains are ripe when they turn completely brown / black)
- Cut the plantain lengthwise, and place in a hot frying pan, on the flat side
- Fry the plantain in oil on a low fire for 15 minutes. Make sure to turn the plantain and fry the top of the plantainfor a few minutes too.
