Gratinee of baby sprouts, bacon, leek and pasta


Ingredients

pasta 400 gram
Brussel sprouts 250 gram
leek 1
wine (dry white) 50 ml
garlic 1 Piece
olive oil 20 ml
cheese (gouda) 100 gram
bacon (streaky) 250 gram
pine nuts 50 gram

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 180-200 degrees
  2. With regards to ingredients: Use a thin long leek, and try to find yourself very small Brussels sprouts. Clean the Brussels sprouts. If the sprouts are small, use them in whole. Else cut them in 2 or 4. Cut the thin leek in slices
  3. Boil the pasta 'el dente'; Crisp the bacon in small pieces (Or use bacon cubes). Add the pine nuts when the bacon starts to get hot. When the bacon is nearly done, add the vegetable for a few minutes.Stir-fry at high flame for a few minutes.
  4. Combined the pasta & vegetables in an oven tray. Add the white wine, and drizzle the olive oil over the mixture. Grate cheese on top
  5. Place the oven tray in the middle of the oven, and bake for 15-20 minutes
  6. Tip!Add Italian spices to taste just before placing the tray in te over.
