Spinache and pinenut pasta
Ingredients
| spinach | 200 gram | |
| pasta | 500 gram | |
| pine nuts | 25 gram | |
| tomato puree | 250 ml | |
| garlic | 1 clove | |
| onion (small) | 1 | |
| olive oil | 1 tablespoon |
Preparation
- Wash the spinach, peel & chop the onion
- Boil the pasta as instructed on the pasta (Or create fresh)
- Heat a skillet, pour the oil in the skillet and add the pine nuts and chopped garlic. When the start to change color (Turning lightly brown) add the spinach and heat for just a minute, until is goes soft.
- Add the tomatoe puree and heat to boiling hot
- Add the pasta & serve
