Sausage stew in tomato sauce
Ingredients

| bell pepper (red) | 1 | (sliced) |
| onions (big) | 2 | (sliced) |
| Italian herbs | 1 pinch | |
| olive oil | 1 tablespoon | |
| tomato puree | 500 ml | |
| garlic | 1 clove |
Preparation
- Fry the sausages in the olive oil, until almost done
- On a low fire, add sliced onions, garlic and italian species and fry untill the onions start to turn brown.
- Add tomato sauce, bell pepper and italian spices, and let simmer for at least 30 minutes.
