zucchini 'pasta'


Ingredients

zucchini 200 gram
tagliatelle 200 gram
oive oil 2 tablespoon
creme fraiche 3 tablespoon
lemon juice 0.5 tablespoon
garlic 1 clove (finely chopped)
pepper 1 pinch
salt 1 pinch

Preparation

  1. Clean the zucchini, then - using a 'pealer' - cut fine strips off it (so it resembles pasta / tagliatelle).
  2. Prepare the tagliatelle as stated on the package. Approx. 1 minute before the end of the cooking time, add the zucchini strips and leave to boil with the tagliatelle.
  3. Pour the pasta and zucchini into a colander, then put them back into the pan, together with the olie oil.
  4. Add the creme fraiche, lemon juice and garlic, season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Serving suggestionServe as a side dish for meat.
