tzatziki


Ingredients

cucumber 1 (rasped)
salt 0.5 tablespoon
Greek yoghurt 400 gram
garlic 2 clove (finely chopped)
mint 2 tablespoon
olive oil 2 tablespoon

Preparation

  1. In a colander, sprinkle the rasped colander with the salt and leave to leak for approx. 15 minutes. Remove from the colander, and drip dry.
  2. Lightly whisk the yoghurt with a spoon, then add the garlic, mint, olive oil, and pepper and salt.
  3. Serving suggestionServe garnished with oregano leaves, chili flakes and / or drops of olive oil.
