Ingredients

| salt | 0.5 tablespoon | |
| Greek yoghurt | 400 gram | |
| garlic | 2 clove | (finely chopped) |
| mint | 2 tablespoon | |
| olive oil | 2 tablespoon |
Preparation
- In a colander, sprinkle the rasped colander with the salt and leave to leak for approx. 15 minutes. Remove from the colander, and drip dry.
- Lightly whisk the yoghurt with a spoon, then add the garlic, mint, olive oil, and pepper and salt.
