| red chili | 1 | |
| lime | 1 | |
| sesame seed | 1 tablespoon | |
| fish sauce | 2 tablespoon | |
| sesame oil | 1 tablespoon | |
| ginger syrup | 1 teaspoon | |

Preparation
- Wash the cucumber an cut into halves lengthwise. Remove the seeds with a teaspoon, then rasp thin slices (with a peeler).
- Wash the chili, remove the seeds, then cut diagonally into thin slices. Place them in a cub with cold water, until they are needed. Wash the lime, rasp the peel, and juice the lime. Remove the coriander leaves from the sprigs.
