| lemon juice | 1 teaspoon | |
| parsley | 1 handful | (finely chopped) |
| garlic | 2 clove | (chopped) |
| salt | 1 pinch | |
| pepper | 1 pinch | |
| lamb cutlets | 500 gram |
Preparation
- Wash and rasp the lemon, then juice it.
- In a bowl, make a marinade from the olive oil, lemon rasps and juice, the parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Brush the lamb cutlets with this mix, then leave to marinade for approx. 1 hour in the fridge (covered with cling foil).
