grilled lamb


Ingredients

olive oil 5 tablespoon
lemon 1 (rasped)
lemon juice 1 teaspoon
parsley 1 handful (finely chopped)
garlic 2 clove (chopped)
salt 1 pinch
pepper 1 pinch
lamb cutlets 500 gram

Preparation

  1. Wash and rasp the lemon, then juice it.
  2. In a bowl, make a marinade from the olive oil, lemon rasps and juice, the parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Brush the lamb cutlets with this mix, then leave to marinade for approx. 1 hour in the fridge (covered with cling foil).
  4. Serving suggestionBBQ until golden brown on the outside, but still rosy inside.
