roasted tomatoes with sweet onions
Ingredients

| beef tomatoes | 4 | (halved) |
| garlic | 2 clove | (sliced) |
| olive oil | 1 dash | |
| honey | 1 tablespoon | |
| aceto balsamico | 1 dash | |
| thyme leaves (fresh) | 1 handful | |
| salt | 1 pinch | |
| pepper | 1 pinch |
Preparation
- Peel the onion, then cut it into 8 slices. Cut the beef tomatoes into halves. Cut each garlic cloves into 4 slices (one slice for each onion slice and tomato half). Oneach tomato half, place one slice of garlic.
- Mix the olive oil, honey, aceto balsamico, thyme leaves, salt and pepper to a marinade (season to taste).
- Sprinkle the tomatoes and onions with the marinade, then BBQ until soft.
