grilled (pointy) peppers with mango and lime salad
Ingredients

| onion (red, small) | 1 | (finely chopped) |
| coriander / cilantro | 1 handful | (finely chopped) |
| lime juice | 1 dash | |
| tabasco | 1 dash | |
| salt | 1 pinch | |
| olive oil | 2 tablespoon | |
| peppers (long, pointy) | 2 |
Preparation
- Mix the mango cubes in a bowl with the red onion, coriander, lime juice, tabasco and salt (season to taste).
- Brush the pointy peppers with olive oil and bbq them for approx. 3 minutes on each side, until turning a light brown. Remove the seeds (and peel, if you prefer), then cut the peppers into rings.
