grilled (pointy) peppers with mango and lime salad
Ingredients
mangoes

(cubed)
onion (red, small)

(finely chopped)
coriander / cilantro

(finely chopped)
lime juice

tabasco

salt

olive oil

tablespoon
peppers (long, pointy)

Preparation
Mix the mango cubes in a bowl with the red onion, coriander, lime juice, tabasco and salt (season to taste).
Brush the pointy peppers with olive oil and bbq them for approx. 3 minutes on each side, until turning a light brown. Remove the seeds (and peel, if you prefer), then cut the peppers into rings.
