radish tzatziki


Ingredients

radish 1 bunch
Greek yoghurt 200 ml
onion (red, small) 1 (finely chopped)
garlic 1 clove (crushed)
honey 1 dash
salt 1 pinch
pepper 1 pinch
spring onion 1 (sliced)

Preparation

  1. Wash and clean the radish, then thinly slice them (using a peeler).
  2. Mix the Greek yoghurt with the onion, garlic, and honey, then season to taste with pepper and salt. Add the radish to the mix.
  3. Serving suggestionServe garnished with thin rings of spring onion.
    Tip!Serve as a side dish for grilled salmon.
