grilled corn (on the cob) with herb and garlic butter


Ingredients

butter 1 knob
garlic 1 clove (finely chopped)
lime juice 1 dash
parsley 1 handful (finely chopped)
chive 1 handful (finely chopped)
salt 1 pinch
pepper 1 pinch
corn cobs 3
olive oil 1 dash

Preparation

  1. Mix the soft butter with the garlic, lime juice, parsley, chives, salt and pepper.
  2. Brush the corn cobs with oil, and bbq on each side until soft and golden brown.
  3. Cut the cobs into parts (three pieces per cob), place them on a plate and garnish with the herb and garlic butter.
  4. Serving suggestionGoes very well with spareribs.
