grilled corn (on the cob) with herb and garlic butter
Ingredients

| garlic | 1 clove | (finely chopped) |
| lime juice | 1 dash | |
| parsley | 1 handful | (finely chopped) |
| chive | 1 handful | (finely chopped) |
| salt | 1 pinch | |
| pepper | 1 pinch | |
| corn cobs | 3 | |
| olive oil | 1 dash |
Preparation
- Mix the soft butter with the garlic, lime juice, parsley, chives, salt and pepper.
- Brush the corn cobs with oil, and bbq on each side until soft and golden brown.
- Cut the cobs into parts (three pieces per cob), place them on a plate and garnish with the herb and garlic butter.
