Spanish hot chocolate

Ingredients

dark chocolate (75% cocoa) 1 pack
sugar 1 tablespoon
milk 1 liter
starch 1 teaspoon

Preparation

  1. Remove 50ml from the milk, mix with the starch and the sugar. Heat the remaining milk in a pan, crumble the chocolate into the milk, and let it melt while stirring. When the chocolate has melted, add the starch and sugar mix, and continue stirring.
  2. Quickly heat the milk, take off the heat, and fill into mugs.
  3. Serving suggestionServe with a shot of cognac.
