vegetable parcels


Ingredients

carrots 2
bell pepper (yellow) 1
bell pepper (green) 1
mushrooms 250 gram
cherry tomatoes 250 gram
herb butter 1 knob

Preparation

  1. Wash and clean the vegetables, then cut the peppers, carrots and mushrooms into same-sized chunks.  Mix all the vegetables (as to make 'even' parcels), then place the vegetables on 8 to 12 pieces of aluminum foil.
  2. Place on each vegetable parcel a knob of herb butter, then close the parcels by folding the aluminum foil. BBQ the parcels for approx. 5 minutes.
