salmon stir fry with broccoli and peppers
Ingredients

| lemon | 1 | |
| stir fry oil | 2 tablespoon | |
| salmon fillet | 250 gram | (sliced) |
| salt | 1 dash | |
| pepper | 1 dash | (freshly ground) |
| ginger (2cm) | 1 Piece | |
| garlic | 1 clove | (finely chopped) |
| onion (red) | 1 | (in parts) |
| bell pepper (yellow) | 1 | (sliced) |
| soy sauce | 2 tablespoon | |
| sesame seed | 1 tablespoon | |
| spring onion | 1 | (sliced) |
Preparation
- Wash the lemon, rasp 1 tea spoon of the peel, then squeeze the lemon juice.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil and fry the salmon strips with the lemon peel for approx. 2 to 3 minutes on a high flame. Sprinkle the salmon with salt and pepper, then remove the fish from the wok/pan and keep warm in aluminium foil.
- Heat the remaining oil and fry the broccoli for approx. 5 minutes (or until tender). Add the ginger, garlic, onion and bell pepper and fry for approx. 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add the fish, lemon juice and soy sauce en leave to heat up.
