pea soup with bacon
Ingredients

Preparation
- Peel and chop the onion, wash the corn kernels.
- Melt the butter in a pan en fry the chopped onion for 10 minutes. Mix the flour with the onion en slowly add the stock, continuously stirring. Let the stock simmer, then add the peas. Cook the peas for about 5 minutes. Puree the soup.
- Add the corn kernels and the cram. Keep 1 tablespoon of kernels for decoration.
- Fry the bacon. Toast the bread and cut out circles.
