herb salad with lemon dressing
Ingredients

| coriander / cilantro | 20 gram | (fresh) |
| flat-leaf parsley | 20 gram | (fresh) |
| olive oil (extra vergine) | 1 tablespoon | |
| lemon juice | 1 teaspoon | |
| lemon wedges | 1 handful |
Preparation
- Wash the herbs and gently dry between two tea towels or in a salad spinner.
- Pick the individual leaves from each sprig and discard any coarse stalks. Place the leaces in a large salad bowl.
- Drizzle with the oil and lemon juice and season generously, preferably with sea salt and freshly ground pepper. Toss well and serve immediately.
